Design end-to-end product experiences for the systems brokerages run on — from brand to the interface an agent uses daily.

About this role
You'll own how our products look and feel — not just screens, but the whole experience from first impression to the tool someone relies on every day.
We're small, so you'll work directly with the founders and ship real work fast. No design-by-committee, no endless decks.
What you'll do
- Design flows, interfaces, and design systems for web and mobile products.
- Translate how a business actually works into interfaces people trust.
- Partner with engineering to ship — you'll see your work go live.
- Help shape brand and marketing surfaces when they need it.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio that shows real, shipped product work (not just concepts).
- Strong command of a modern design tool (Figma) and design systems.
- Comfort holding a whole system in your head, from brand to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience designing CRMs, dashboards, or operational tools.
- Some front-end familiarity (you can read a component).
